Ser_Jaker 03/20/20 7:05:37 AM #4:	Cook a beautiful Chicken and Mushroom Risotto. Cook the mushrooms and chicken separate. Cook an onion, add arborio rice and cook until color is translucent. Deglaze with white wine Gradually add hot chicken stock one ladleful at a time until absorbed and has a creamy yet solid texture. Never stop stirring rice. Add the chicken and mushrooms about 3 quarters through the chicken stock process. Take off the heat. Add a knob of butter and grate parmesian cheese over the top and stir in and let melt.
