I lowered mine from 20% including company match to only 5% (that's the max the company will match)

Better off investing or saving the extra 10% myself

Your still buying at the current market value, so if youre young I wouldnt touch anything tbh. Youre only getting taxed on that income now anyway.

the markets going to turn around once this once in a century pandemic ends.

I would really encourage you guys to read a basic investment book if you haven't. The information you're looking for is widely available from many cheap texts.

I recommend just lowering your contribution amounts until the markets get better. Otherwise you're just throwing money at fire right now and not necessarily buying at the dip.
