So the Chef says to them they're crazy for putting Taco Bell because they live in LA and have tons of good taco trucks. Um - you put McDonalds on your list; you could live anywhere in the continental United States and get a "good" burger better than McDonalds so sit the fuck down. Taco Bell is its own thing. It's definitely not comparable to a taco truck -- and I wouldn't even say it's comparable to gringo burrito places, like Chipotle/Qdoba/Moes/their million wannabes. Yeah imo all of the fast food places just have distinct things about them. I like mcdoubles as their own thing, they're not comparable to real burgers
