Haven't seen any posts about this so here we go.

It is not available outside of various asian countries, however, you can search for and download the apk from various app mirror sites and manually install it. I did so on android, but I'm not sure how this could be done on IOS since I don't use that.

In any case, the game has multiple languages (English as well) so there are no accessibility issues in that regard. It is a typical freemium game, but I am actually having a lot of fun with it. It plays very well, especially with a gamepad. Maybe the jumping lags by a frame or 2 but it's not that bad. They really did a great job translating the enemies, bosses and levels from the earlier games into this. It's got a bunch of multiplayer modes as well. I also kind of appreciate that the story for the game doesn't try to create some dumb side story within the canon of the series or just retell parts of the actual games/stories. Instead, the story breaks the 4th wall and revolves around you, as a player of the Megaman X games and the memories you have had with those games being corrupted or something like that.

It's definitely worth looking into if you are a big fan of the megaman X games. I got a super nostalgia blast from fighting the intro stage boss from Megaman X2 in this game. Fun times so far.

Yeah, it has touch controls, but the game was actually developed with gamepad controls in mind. I think the development of the game coincided with the release of some kind of phone that has a physical gamepad attachment. That being said, any gamepad works.
