At the very least, a game should have the following:

Master Volume slider
Music Volume slider
Sound Effect Volume slider
Voice Volume slider (if applicable)

Eh there's no reason not to have them but I legit don't think I've ever touched them.

I suppose if for some reason it were your only volume control, it would be essential but in that case WTF is wrong with your audio setup lol.

I agree with your idea but I don't think volume is why you couldn't understand Bane.

His voice is already three times as loud as everything else combined.
