What a fantastic movie. Just found out that they're going to have Daniel Craig in another movie was the same detective and that whole movie I just thought "Man, I'd love a Sherlock Holmes style series of movies with Craig".

Also hearing Chris Evans curse and be evil. Love the bad guy persona.

I also heard that the director is considering/considered having him just use a different accent to for future movies.

Yeah the movie was fucking great, i love that the movie is a mystery movie where the mystery is solved on the first 5 minutes but then the whole thing becomes a trainwreck.

And love they're making it some sort of anthology series with the detective.

Was it because they didn't like the accent or just to 'accent' the series? One new accent per movie?

I thought that was nice too. Coming from a guy who has watched a lot of mysteries, I had to pick up my remote and check the time because I thought it was so weird that we were suddenly given the murder. I also waited to see if Marta would suddenly smirk at some point, painting her to have calculated all of that.

I kept pointing at my screen throughout the movie because I was like "I know who that is!" It was definitely star studded! I also figured that they were going to betray Marta at some point whenever I heard Shannon's character say "I was outvoted" along with Jamie Lee Curtis' character from earlier and I just thought "That's suspect"

Honestly, I thought Ransom was going to be an actually cool dude...but damn this movie delivered.

Im guessing changing the accent is just sort of a joke, because it was already purposely bad and hammy

The movie was entertaining because Craig was great. The actual script was pretty messy.
