I've had two KBS's and I'm feeling good and I want to take this time to thank you guys. I lost my dad a few months back and was legitimately suicidal, I almost checked myself into a hospital because the thoughts were that strong. Thankfully I have a strong support system and a therapist I trust with my life. Right when I got better, this virus shit happened and I started to spiral again due the stress of taking care of two high risk family members who mean the absolute world to me and I know probably wouldn't survive this virus. I then decided to just start posting here, I don't know why I just saw that it was an active board and figured I would just fuck around here for a little. Just talking to you guys about anything and everything had allowed me to cope with these thoughts and realize that the world isn't ending, we just need to come together. I've even been able to help some keep a level head with their anxiety. I've heard bad things about CE, but you guys are great and I happy I decided to start posting here. I'm having a third KBS since it's the only drink thatI feel like a can spare, so I use it to toast to you guys. Cheers.
