Yes No Do you find this suspect? - Results (5 votes) Yes 20% (1 vote) 1 No 80% (4 votes) 4 Middle School Teacher, Chris Waba who teaches Math in South Dakota was pictured going "above and beyond" during the coronavirus pandemic by going to one of his STUDENT's HOME to show her how to solve a "math problem" through her GLASS FRONT DOOR!! 12 y/o Rylee Anderson said her dad posted the snapshot of Waba teaching her as Waba is seen holding a white board annotated with equations as the girl looks on with the door firmly shut It followed an earlier distance learning class conducted via Zoom and after exchanging "emails", he decided to WALK to 12 y/o Rylee's house... Josh Anderson, Rylee's dad said "My 6th grader emailed her math teacher for some help so he came over and worked through the problem with her on our front porch" The little girl was seen ready to take notes as the teacher keeps his distance and props up taeching materials against a white fence He explained he went to see her for a "one on one" lesson because social distancing wasn't working and they tried really hard to make it work digitally but he had to do it "in person" so he brought a white board to teach her and said "i'll be there in a couple of minutes" Waba is also a close friend of the family as Rylee's Dad is head football coach of Dakota State University. Rylee was SHOCKED he walked over to her house as Josh said "he's just a really good teacher but she was happy to get it done and over with because she was very frustrated to not have the answers or the help she needed" Teachers in South Dakota have been conducting classes online for 3 weeks as Governor Krisi Noem signed a state of emergency order requesting schools closed and non essential state employees tow ork form home until after spring break Waba says it's been tough adjusting but he will go out of his way to help his students anyway he can because they went into the business to teach and be around kids Do you find this suspect?
