They all knew. They knew I was being abused, but it was easier to just stop talking to me, their friend of years and years, and continue to hang out with my abuser. Theyre a more outgoing person than me, more fun at a party, and were better friends with the 18 year olds everyone decided they were besties with. They knew I was being abused. They told me I was being abused, then turned around and hung out daily with the person they said was abusing me. My best friend just wanted to fuck my abuser, so he ignored everything he knew was happening. He would talk behind my back about how I always had some girlfriend, knowing full well that my previous relationship was 7 years my senior (I was 20) and raped me.
