It's getting better now, but this is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened this year, could I be developing an allergy to something? Should I be worried? I eat all these things multiple times a week, the olives I have every day. SableWolfAngel 04/16/20 9:48:40 PM #8:	It's not necessarily the food you're eating that could cause an allergic reaction, it could be a chemical on the utensils used to prepare or serve it or in the cookware. I've heard of people having allergic reactions to food they're not allergic to because of being prepared in old copper pots and the body reacting to the copper (Wilson's Disease). Or it may have been acid reflux from sleeping. I can never figure it out. It's just a mild uncomfortable sensation in the oesaphagus just under the Adams apple. Went away after a week or so.
