He had ex wife with kids and now is living in their home with a new boyfriend. This was a bitter domestic issue with kids a woman starting a new life without him which also led him to run ins with Nova Scotia police. He planned her murder and his ex and planned to frame local police with a police uniform and car, I guess somewhere down the line he figured he wasnt going to wait anymore (pandemic maybe) and went to kill his ex, pulled her and ex out of home and did execution style in the yard.
