I looked online recently to see when I would be getting it, and it said that it was already sent on the 15th. I checked my bank account and it didn't show anywhere on my balance or transaction history.

I noticed that the account # that it was supposedly sent to was different from my bank account #. I freaked out thinking the money was sent to the wrong account. But then I remembered last year when I used TurboTax, they put my return on a card that was mailed to me. I checked my wallet, found a card that I just happened to not throw away when it was emptied, checked the balance, and saw $1,200.

It's a damn good thing that I decided to hold onto that card for no real reason. I couldn't find any way to rectify if the money is sent to the wrong place. Course, that could have been avoided if I had entered my proper account info before it was sent - but everywhere I checked in the past two weeks said that I couldn't even enter any info until the 17th, which was clearly bullcrap since the money was already sent by then.

it was mainly for people who didn't need to file taxes, or people who filed but didn't direct deposit.

I saw that and was confused. I didn't use direct deposit. Is the site to confirm getting it at all or to switch to direct deposit?

Checks are going out in different waves some get theirs earlier others have to wait. The checks would have been sent sooner but Trump wanted his name on every check so they had to halt the process.

Woot, got mine. Landed in a neighbor's mailbox first. Now to deposit or cash it and decide what to do.

Yeah they had the website up with the information on the 17th I think so a lot of people didn't know that.
