Might be the best cable alternative if youre a sports fan. Considered it before I moved into my current apt but went with traditional cable/internet instead.

Are you liking your traditional cable?

What makes "live TV" so damn special that it's four or five times the cost of some-odd streaming service?
$55 would buy a decent antenna. $110 would buy a really nice one. There's your live tv, and you're probably getting upward of 50 channels, for free, unless you live in a valley or a couple hundred miles from a mid-size city.

Locast.org gets you local antenna channels streaming over the internet with far better reception than you could with an antenna

It's not available everywhere. I used it to watch the Oscars and PGA.

It's also free

I can't help you if you block the necessary permissions for the app to operate.

The article seems really old. I watched the Oscars on it and none of that shit the guy is complaining about happened.

There's a fairly long commercial reel at the start of your programming (basically what Hulu does) but after that it seems to just be whatever commercials after being broadcast live.
