CPUs first turn, they do a dragon syncho for 3k attack, get monster reborn and use it on my summoned skull in my graveyard, 5500 total attack on their side

this is the 4th reset btw and nothing ever changes

these challenge decks are especially bullshit. It's basically

"How much cheese can you pull out?" because I swear these people ALWAYS get the combos they need within 1 or 2 turns

5500 ATK with no negates is a little baby board

Before this game, I have never been so tempted to play/activate cards uselessly (or, fuck, to my own detriment) just so the fucking game will stop badgering me at the start and end of every single fucking phase to activate an effect

with duel linkz they found a solution to this for they refused to apply it for their other yu gi oh mobile game

If console, YGO Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution. There's a version that's not Link Evolution which is never going to get updated

Also TC, the computer may seem cheap but there's so much cheap shit you can build too, even within the banlist. Like Blue Eyes Chaos Max OTK

You can hold B to have the game not constantly ask you to activate cards, but remember to release the button before the time you actually need to use it. Also, since you can use banned cards in single-player (and the CPU's will use them too sometimes) don't feel guilty about using them yourself.

Every duel in the main story is winnable (even in the reverse duels) using the story deck they give you as long as you play well. The duel challenges are tougher and those decks have more synergy, but hey also use fewer of the overpowered banned cards than the story duels to balance that out.

Also, if you need to figure out where to find a certain card, use https://thecardhub.net/ and look it up. Make sure you're looking at the right column (Link Evolution is the current game that's fully updated with Links) as well.
