Ive always hated this series but man, the most recent one is trash. My friend convinced me to download the free BR mode recently and it doesnt even work after downloading 110gbs of shit.
Ive never had this many connection issues with a multiplayer game in my entire live. Ive tried probably 30 times and Ive been able to actually stay in a full match one time. meanwhile, my internet is fine and all of my other games work. You seriously hate the first two games? Like, the original call of duty ww2 games from like 15 years ago? Because those were freaking awesome at the time, and the original modern warfare (CoD4) was a fucking masterpiece FPS in both single and multiplayer.

Playing coop in the Spec ops mode was pretty fun in MW2 though and this is coming from someone who has never really cared about CoD.
