Since hand-to-hand combat isn't the only way to protect oneself in a physical altercation, I'd rather just have the hot body. Most people don't get into fights anyway.

Yes and unless you want to get sue out the ass you need to be a good fighter and know how much and how little pressure/force to apply with each situation.
