37 y/o Kendra Burnett, a Treyton Oak Towers Nursing Home Employee and tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 was ARRESTED for breaking self-isolation and police put an ankle monitor on her..and a Kentucky PARAMEDIC wrote on facebook that she should have used DEADLY FORCE against the cop who arrested her!!

He has now been removed from the Board of Emergency Medical Service after he found out she was arrested at Krogers where she came in contact with 5 people

Bug Eyed, Robbie Smither, the Shelbyville parademic outraged social media users when he said "This is Tyranny. I wish this lady would have used deadly force against these tyrants and then a jury nullify the case"

The board denounced this comments and said although they believe in the protection of freedom of speech, he does not condone speech or actions that promote violence or discrimination

Smither said he didn't mean to promote violence but he believes in people having the right to their own personal liberties and this isn't a matter of anti-enforcement but as a citizen speaking out that even people who have the "flu" should be allowed to freely to move around

Andy Beshear signed an executive order stating the social media post was sufficient cause to remove him that oversees certification of and establishes standards for training of emergency medical first responders

Smither is a supporter of Republican Attorney General Daniel Cameron who slammed Beshear's ban on church gatherings and other mass events

Smither was also an appointee by former Republican Matt Bevan and made an unsuccessful bid for County Judge and will end his term in September 2021.

He's got some obvious anger issues. I wouldn't want to have to rely on him in any delicate, high-stress situation, and that's exactly what paramedics have to deal with every single day. With public violent rhetoric like that, continuing to employ him is just asking for an incident.

First off as a former business owner, if one of my employees made a comment like that anywhere I would terminate them immediately for inciting violence. People are having enough psychological issues due to social distancing, self quarantining, and never mind the threat of the virus itself, someone is going to snap like that nutcase in Canada. If you honestly don't see that as a concern you should consider self quarantining permanently.
