Well after 3pm I still work on and off but much less focused on actually working because I'm mentally exhausted by then.
Feels really nice.

Things like this is what makes me want to switch careers. That's the best schedule for me, like 5-2 or 6-3, throughout the day getting more done.

The lower level employees with jobs tied to their physical presence are whining some people get to work from home and they don't...so management is pushing us to get back to work. Politics are weird here

I worked 6am-2:30pm for a long time. I finally had to change to 8am-4:30pm because my job became more meeting focused and I had to overlap other people's schedules more.

Early mornings suck. I'm still in the habit of playing online late.
