Despite me still thinking like that even then, ended up really liking this girl, didn't care at all she was 5'7 or so. Realized it's not a big deal at all. And true, their cardio isn't as good, but I'm not talking about running a marathon. Fat strength athletes are usually not in shape. You can be strong but not in shape, and the more muscle you have the more energy it takes to move your body from location to location. The reason most powerlifters/fatter people are stronger is because their body has a lot more stored energy to use in heavy lifts. Being 5'6 and close to 130lbs myself and working out again I was able to lift a big fridge with a help of someone. But the other guy who's maybe 6' and over 200lbs struggled. It was sad to see. And I only work out 1-3 times a week if anything nothing super intense. Being 5'6 and close to 130lbs myself and working out again I was able to lift a big fridge with a help of someone. But the other guy who's maybe 6' and over 200lbs struggled. It was sad to see.
