Aren't black people more likely to have autoimmune diseases? That could play a part in it.

There's been quite a bit of speculation that covid severity is linked to blood type. It's plausible that recessive sickle-cell genes could also be a factor.

God damnit. Why can't my people stop having BBQs with everyone in the neighborhood every day? Jk. That's why we're dope as shit. It's just not good atm.

Foreal tho, I wouldn't doubt that it has something to do with Mexicans being so intermingled. I was definitely a black sheep for being more introverted.

Colloquially speaking, I know minority neighborhoods/towns around here in NY have ludicrously high infection rates, so I feel like in general a greater percentage of minorities are contracting covid. In my professional experiences, seems like lower class groups aren't really taking it seriously, which would explain why do many are getting it.

The twice as likely dying though, that's probably some good old fashioned low-key racism lol.
