Dailymail has received exclusive photos of the 64 y/o EX COP Gregory McMichael and his equally UGLY son 34 y/o Travis being arrested for the murder of an unarmed black jogger, Ahmuad Arbery!!

They were arrested at GUNPOINT in Georgia as 4 vehicle convoy pulled up on their trailer trash home near 8pm to take them into custody for murder and aggravated assault

This came after days of no arrests when finally a leaked cellphone video showed the fatal confrontaion on February 23 when it made national headlines sparking outrage and demands for ustice

The shocking footage showed the 2 men AMBUSHING Arbery as he tried to run past the pickup truck as the younger fatass got into a fight with him before SHOOTING him with a shotgun

They were initially not arrested after claiming he was a "burglar" because of a spate of thefts in the area and they were attempting a "citizen's arrest"

The ex cop refused to answer to dailymail when they asked him a question as his son emerged after him and also said nothing

Locals emerged however and ATTACKED dailymail taking photos and called them "scum" for making the men out to be "bad guys"

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation released a statement that the 2 men were arrested on suspicion of murder and it is also investigating threats made towards officers and people involved

S. Lee Merritt is representing the Arbery family said they had no advance warning of the arrests and said they heard it on the news as the family is relieved but remain skeptical if their son wil get justice

Wanda Cooper says she believes her son, a former football player was just jogging in the Satilla Shores neighborhood before he was killed as Gregory claimed he suspected teh runner for "some time" after filmig him with a security camera and then grabbed their guns to begin their pursuit of him before the murder

Alan Tucker is identified as the man who recorded the shocking footage and said he doesn't represent anyone in the case but said his community was being ripped apart by erroneous accusations and assumptions

News of the murder reached the Trump who said "It's a very sad hting, but i will be given a full report this evening" as Joe Biden called the death a murder

Thanks I wanted to share the arrests with my friends and all the articles I could find were old ones that didnt mention the arrests. Interesting to hear their claims of a video showing him as a suspect.

The shooter might get acquitted because the film is shot so poorly, by the time it focuses it shows the victim charging the shooter and struggling for the gun. Then hitting the shooter. But i think he will get manslaughter charges. Its about 60/40 at this point, really depends on the jury.

the victim did not initiate the fight. They attacked him with guns while he was jogging. He was doing self defense with any violence he performed

They by their own admission drove up to him in a truck screaming, then jumped out with a gun drawn and shot him

It's not like Zimmerman. Arbery didn't follow then, hide behind a bush and sucker punch them. They chased after him in a truck screaming and waving a gun around.

Not at all. Especially for marathon runners. Change up your routes so they don't get boring. Driving somewhere else to run is not a red flag.

Thats an interesting point.

Im not defending these assholes, just saying the footage shows the victim attacking first. They will use the excuse that they feared for THEIR lives because the black man tried to take the gun away, and the footage shows that. Plus he was punching the guy.

Know whats really telling though? Looked the victim took a close range blast right in the torso. After the victim gets shot and staggers away then collapses, the shooter struts off and doesnt even pretend to check on him or give a fuck. Nor seem upset. Thats says a lot.

Like I said in another topic, even if this man was doing illegal things... they chased down a man and took the law into their own hands and murdered him.

According the DA who stepped down from the case, it's legal in that state for you to walk up to someone with a shotgun on person and have a conversation. If they feel threatened by your gun and lash back, you still have the right to defend yourself. I posted a tweet of the letter of the DA explaining why he didn't bother with arrests in the first place in post #13. This is why I don't see the prosecution having a case to pin them for murder, unless someone debunks the DA's reasons. If anything, perhaps they can get a charge based on the reason why they targeted Arbery in the first place since they claimed Arbery the suspect of surveillance footage of a burglar of a number of break-ins in the area.
