A magical spell will be placed on you. That will keep the temperature around you 30 degrees farenheit forever. You will never able to do anything to warm yourself up. The spell will keep you from doing so. You will never have any physical side effects from the forever coldness. You will just feel extremely cold forever. And the spell is in a 30 foot radius. Meaning anyone close enough will feel the same exact effects. But hey you are 30 million dollars richer. Without having to do s***.

Everyone saying its colder than that for much of the year...do you never go inside or lack heat? This was said to follow your body at all times...thats a lot different than being able to layer up or turn the heat up while its still 30 outside.

How are you not grasping that you dont do that all day every day. You do that for your workday, then sleep like that too? Im not even saying it wouldnt be worth 30mill, just that saying the weather is cold much of the year, isnt even close to the same thing when you have at most times a method to mitigate that cold more depending on how you feel (or you go inside, take a hot shower, sleep in a warm bed) vs not getting a choice any longer.

If you wear a coat or clothes it keeps your relative body temperature much warmer than the outside environment. Imagine being outside completely naked and cold for the rest of your life with no reprieve. You would become insanely angry or depressed.
