Depends on what it is. I buy DLC to support game developers I like - I buy the stuff for Planet Coaster and Two Point Hospital for instance because I want to see more stuff from those companies.

depends on the quality and content. Weapon skins and cosmetics? Fuck no. Content that should've been in the base game? Hell no and Content similar to Witcher 3's Blood and Wine, Skyrim's Hearth/vampire thing? Hell yeah. I also dont buy into "season pass" bullshit.

Depends on the game and what the DLC itself is.
i have to actually like the game in the first place if I'm even going to consider its DLC; a game should be good in the first place, and I shouldn't have to throw more money away when the initial transaction should have satisfied me. so I never even bothered to but into stuff like Shantae: HGH's or FFXV's DLC because both games weren't good to me. ...
