I have no idea how serious you are with this Reg, but stay strong dude. If this is a cry for help and not just something random, know that life even in this current world is worth living in. There is a lot of good and beauty in the world, more than you probably realize since we live in a world where bad and ugly gets the ratings and clicks. There are free mental health chats online, you can talk to professionals or just someone like me who has gone through the same highs and lows and have made it to the other side. PM me if you want some links. I don't know who your healthcare provider is, but some are covering all costs that come with talking to a therapist during this pandemic, so that may be another option.
