R.I.P. Little Richard! He did an interview in which he stated Elvis Presley would come to his shows and copy his moves on stage. He claimed Elvis went to the shows of a lot of Black entertainers back then and mimicked what they did because they were not allowed to perform for White audiences.

No shhh..of course this was in the 1950s, so segregation was heavy in the South...also Pat Boone's remake of one of his songs actually charted higher than his on the Charts ... Copied to Clipboard!
