I used to love building as many of those as I could in Star Wars Rebellion. Just having one in your fleet would decimate the Rebels. For a starfighter I loved the Tie Defender design from Tie Fighter. It has it's own hyperdrive, unlike most other Imperial starfighters, is extremely fast and agile, and comes with four lasers as well as two ion lasers.
