Yeah the exercise is fine. Lots of pro athletes do it

But crossfit is for losers who don't know anything but just wanna pretend. And they eat shit at everything they do and it's hilarious

Depends on your definition of fit I guess. I would say so but I'm not like a competitor or anything.

But regardless crossfit is a cult for losers. If different sports were religions, crossfit would be scientology.

Some dummy dropping a weight is different than an organization that has teams of untrained loons trying to get people to do shitty exercise routines with no regard for form

While there are plenty doing cheat curls out there, very few folks are tearing a bicep. It's hard to get that type of weight moving in the first place. Very few folks in general are crushing themselves doing bench. You either have a spotter, don't try to lift more than you can handle, do cheat reps, or shed the weight on the floor.

Meanwhile the nature of doing kipping pull ups and the like are injuring a lot of cross trainers. Even professional crosstraining athletes are training using conventional methods.
