It's like the highs are turned all the way up and the low frequencies are cut or something. Like the tone of the guitars. Try some progressive black metal they tend to have way better production. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7DULdEgVgY8 along with progressive black, blackgaze, post-black, and atmospheric black are the best black metal genres in my opinion. I cant really get into traditional. --- From the depths, the thing they called Worm King did rise.
