My local Wal-Mart wasn't out of any groceries or supplies. All the stuff they have been lacking, TP, meat, bread, sanitizer, etc was all stocked well.
The only things they were sold out of that I noticed were game systems. No PS4s, no Switches, no extra controllers either.
