They already have all the shit they need for them, they're way cheaper to produce than burgers, and they could probably get away with barely charging less than a burger or whatever other sandwich they sell. The amount of soccer mom's that would get their kids grilled cheese instead of nuggets or tenders makes it seriously worth it

A number of places will/would though it isn't typically a menu item. I know you could get them at McDonalds, Five Guys, and In N Out at points in time. McDonalds is probably the most difficult to pull off these days as they likely have no idea how they would do it anymore.
