I don't even know where to begin. The animation on Gon when he was first transforming has incredible and haunting. To think that that weird happy kid with a fishing pole turns into this... I nearly can't believe it even after having seen it. The fight with Pitou was great specifically because how it wasn't really a fight at all. A complete one-sided beatdown... so I guess this is the Reverse Super Saiyan thing I've heard about. Gon channels his future aura to fight Pitou, a one-time power up with what I can only assume is an immense drawback. I did watch a certain episode ending outburst from about 7 or 8 episodes in the future dubbed on YouTube, though, and deemed going back to the sub was worth it.
