Was it something they had in their house? I noticed when Tucker left my island, he trashed his bamboo speaker (which was part of his decor from the start) and a sweater I gave him in the bin at resident services.

Thought that was kinda cool, just like how villagers who've finished unpacking will toss their cardboard boxes in there as well.

It was. I was just surprised since it's actually something you not only need to craft, but that there's one specific way to get it.

For a high priced fish the dorado is fucking everywhere. Also how is Cesar going to be in a slump and ask for a roach. How the fuck is a roach going to make you happy you grumpy gorilla

I haven't found a Dorado this month, but I did get one months ago when I visited a southern hemisphere town.

I got to Bamboo Island and I've turned it into a makeshift Scorpion/Beetle island (left the palm trees up).

Finally got a Goliath Beetle to spawn after running around for a half hour. The spawn rate on these things is atrocious.

It's raining on my island so I dug up all of my non palm trees in order to try and get a Goliath beetle. In about an hour I've caught a combined 50 Atlus moths and rainbow stags (5 and 7 spawn rate) without even seeing a Goliath (2 spawn rate). This is crazy

Hit 100 atlus moths/rainbow stags caught, including a 3 minute period were no less than 15 atlus moths spawned, still no sight of a Goliath. Think Im done for tonight lol. Hopefully flick shows up tomorrow

The seasonal flooring recipes are pretty cool. Underwater starry sands and water. Too bad I need sandy beach for starry sands >_>

scorpions don't do that little hop before chasing you like tarantulas did. they'll just go straight for you.

I honestly hate whoever coded the rivers in this game.

Water can randomly reverse its direction of flow under bridges unless you have a waterfall driving flow direction.

Why? Because fuck you that's why.

I love it since I have a few dead spots in my rivers where I can throw bait and instantly have the fish attracted to the lure.

Yeah I might make a few more but that's way too many rocks worth of materials per Silo to do many.

Like assuming iron nuggets/stones/clay actually spawned from rocks equally (which they don't!) that's still a minimum of 4.5 rocks for each one.

I guess I could use a bunch of NMT to island hop if I really wanted to but ehhhhhh

i have 70/80

though to be fair only 2 are them are uncatchable in the NH at this point

I'm at 77/80 for fish and 60/80 for bugs. I THINK the only bug I'm missing is the Dung Beetle as that only shows up when it's snowing and my friend hasn't had snow on her SH island yet.

E: I think the only fish I'm "missing" is the Ocean Sunfish because I didn't manage to get it from her island before it disappeared at the end of March.

EE: Nah wait I'm missing the Trevally as well, whoops. But that's available. So the Napoleanfish is the only one that hasn't been available anywhere yet.
