Hell the guy would have been in trouble just because during the phone call the police would have heard the dog choking. They would have thought that the guy was seriously attempting to steal or hurt the dog >_>

They were in The Ramble, which is a part of Central Park. According to posted signs, you have to have your dog on a leash. He asked her to put a leash on her dog and she refused. He then pulled out some dog treats and her dog ran over to eat them. She got upset about that.

Did the video start any earlier than her approaching the man? Because that was the one I watched. It just seemed like she was holding the dog by the collar when the video started, which isn't enough for me to go off on.

I need to start keeping a collection of videos like this, so that if an apocalypse ever happens, I can sit to the side and watch them repeatedly. Seeing disgusting humans be disgusting humans makes the idea of the world ending not seem that bad really. Well not the world and all of the innocence in it, just humans.
