A ton of hair comes out anytime I shower, but only when my hair is long. I remember being concerned when I first noticed but that was years ago and my hair is still full and thick so I dunno

Start using ketoconozole shampoo and a minoxidil product ASAP. I like lipogaine and nizoral personally.

Seriously if you think you're losing your hair get on a hairloss prevention plan ASAP. Saving your hair is cheap and easy getting it back after it's gone is not.

See if your doctor can prescribe some finasteride and minoxidil for you. Its better to start as soon as possible before you lose too much.
