A negligent doctor gets his license revoked. If your guy clearly fucks up and kills someone, theres no shame in throwing the book at him. Not everyone is the same and not every situation needs to have a we need more evidence type of care. Cop was clearly wrong, no argument. Fire him and prosecute. stop protecting the piles of shit.
