Honestly the best way to create a good Oblivion character is to download a mod that fixes the progression system

The best way imo is to pick major skills you wont use often. This way you can control your leveling and stat growth better. Also max endurance first for the most hp.

I wish it was possible to make beautiful looking female characters in any elder scrolls game. I mean without mods of course. I don't have a PC. When I played oblivion, morrowind and skyrim all the females can get to are around a 7/10. And that's with hours of work

This is what you want to do.

Oblivion/Morrowind levelling system is an utter chore and forces you to level in unintuitive ways to be able to progress properly and not fuck yourself over.

This. Honestly, so long as you don't have stuff like Acrobatics and Athletics in your Major skills list, you should be good.

Oh and one armor type, ESPECIALLY in Morrowind. Maxing Endurance is a bit of a PITA considering only three skills raise it: Heavy Armor, Medium Armor, and Spear.

I was trying to be generous :( I actually did get my girl once to a 6 or 7 though. But most the time I have to wear a helmet. Though dark souls is even worse honestly. While I took off my helmet sometimes in elder scrolls, I had to keep it on the whole time in dark souls
