There is literally no pressure to do anything from my family or friends.

I can sit inside and play video games guilt free every day.

I'm fine with this going on forever TBH

As a fellow introvert, Ive literally never been more stress free. My anxiety is the lowest its been in a long time and I attribute that to having a lot less obligations and people I need to interact with

It seems like everyone else is struggling with their mental health, and I almost feel bad about it. Im eating healthier, working out more and losing weight

Yep. What have you been doing with this time, compared to last spring?

I've been taking more walks honestly.

At the beginning of COVID the park was completely empty and it was great.

Are you an introvert or extrovert, if social interaction (between you and another) causes anxiety, but you enjoy observing others within proximity of them interacting (among each other) ?

I wish this was my mentality in all this. I started needing people more years ago. Not for direct emotional support, but indirect emotional support. I need human interaction to keep me in a positive place.

Being an introverted person who just enjoys sitting at home is wonderful.

I've been like this since I was a kid TBH

I agree but I'm busier than ever now. At least people leave me the hell alone though in public

my introvert side likes to be at home playing games or watch Netflix.

in contrast tho, my extrovert side misses going out with friends getting drunk and stuff.

its like an inner conflict going on inside me between both sides... lol

I had been for the longest time. But now I only enjoy my hobbies when doing them with others. Everything is boring alone.

I seriously cut off almost all social contact with everyone that was my "friend" growing up a few years ago

It's honestly not that big of a deal.

But if you have respectful friends, all it is is an option. I can do the solo thing, or I can do the friend thing. Hell, I use to regularly disappear for a week to do an adderall binge. Then I'd just come back out my cave and everything would go back to normal. I'm not forced to keep anyone happy, cause everyone I know is independent. I say "I'm not feeling it today" and they say "alright, hit me up when you feel better".
