I used to build Gundam models when I was younger (although never watched the series enough) and got into building them. Does anyone else? And if so can you reccomend some fun ones? Doesnt have to be Gundams (I'd like stray from them if possible but have seen much else I'd like to build online).

I've looked into Megaman (got a couple from Newsbury Comics in the day) and Starwars (though a Starship would be cool) but not much that's not over priced to all hell.

I'm not a fan of:
Vehicles (Cars, Helicopters, Planes, Boats, Trains, ect.)
Buildings (Unless it's some cool ass DnD word shit)
Overly Simplistic (Action figures with changeable parts)

If theres some complicated ass DnD mini, I'd love to build and paint that tbh. Part of this is a process of getting back into painting DnD minis, but with the constructive part added in.

Edit: ABSOLUTE FAVORITE: Metal Gear (Anything) that doesn't cost $200. If anyone's got a cool site I'd love that just as much.

There's at least a few of us that build Gundams here. I've only built an HG Barbatos, but have some other ones I need to put together sometime. Off the top of my head @gunplagirl does. Her username being an obvious clue.

I got back into Gundams this year.

Some really great kits that I can whole heartidly recommend are RG Sazabi (this one is fucking amazing) and MG Barbatos and Dynames. For HG I'd recommend Moon.

They'll be some of the best money you'll spend on Gundam kits.

most of the current Wizkids D&D minis are intentionally simple, but you can find some more involved stuff from Games Workshop and Privateer Press (Warhammer Fantasy / Hordes lines respectively) that could still be useful for D&D.

Does Scale size matter on these? if 1/44 are harder that 1/00 that ill do it, but I like the 1/100 size.
