Serious question. Philadelphia, for contrast, has a 6PM CURFEW. NYC has been WORSE. Conspiracy: It's almost like Cuomo wants Trump to bring in the military for a headline and photo opportunities. A truly sickening thought that we're going to destroy a city for an election and power.

philidelphia didn't have as much property damage as NY during those protests. but the governor has the power to decide how late the curfew goes into effect.

then again all of this could be wrong. i'm just guessing.

Legitimately, you should see if you can pick up your dog sooner. Too many horror stories of cops just shooting animals in their own homes to risk transporting your pooch when they'll be power tripping with impunity.
