NRA or no NRA what do you think would happen if Police ran up to 500 people with AR-15s and glocks while swinging bats and throwing tear gas? They would be shot and they know it. So they would make a perimeter 700 meters away and tell the protesters to stay clear of it. Trump never would have gotten his church photoshot if all the people there were armed. And i'm not advocating for it BTW. I'm agaisnt escalation.
