Nope, i meant a controlled experiment cant accurately say what will happen in reality. Its just a guess, your best explanation, like the attempts itt to rationalize away violent crime.

If income inequality is the cause of black citizens having massively disproportionate violent crime rates despite being a small fraction of total population. How come there isnt much more violent crime in the rest of the country, where there is even more poverty? There are more poor helpless white people than blacks in the US for example. So by your logic, shouldnt they be overwhelmingly commiting more of the crime? Increased police presence wouldnt effect the number of raw murder cases reported for example.

What is your defintion of systemic racism then? And what would you accept as proof of it? The information that's been posted in this topic certainly meets my definition.
