I remember a while back I was pumping iron and saw a guy ask a chick out and she went off on him like "excuse me! I dont come here to get hit on i come here to work out!" I don't have anything against molds I'm quite attracted to them as I'm 35 myself. Like 35 to 50. If they re in good shape no issues. It's already a male-dominated space, and many people also feel really vulnerable coming to a public gym to work out. So if they get flirted with by somebody they aren't interested in, it'll just add more awkwardness to their gym visits. If you are attractive enough then she might be cool with it. I picked up a boyfriend at my gym once. But if she's wearing headphones then she probably doesn't want to. Anyway, if you ever need a spot and she's nearby, you could ask. Women hardly ever get asked to spot guys, though, so she'd probably find that weird unless she's the only option. You could just comment on something in the gym or something and see if she's receptive about talking.
