Section 230 of the CDA is the part of the law that allows tech companies to be immune from legal liability for what users post. Without it, Facebook bears legal responsibility for everything users post, and on it goes. How do tech companies survive doing business in other countries where this doesn't exist?

By having their website based in countries that arent draconic.
