I recently got into a kick of playing the Disney Afternoon Collection on PS4. After beating Ducktales, I wanted to go back and play the remastered version as well, since it was a free PS+ download back in January 2015.

So I fired up the PS3, went to start the game... and I got a message telling me that the download had expired, along with an option to go to the PS store.

Those free downloads expire??

You may want to try "restore licenses" It's in the settings somewhere.

Not as long as you still have plus, it shouldn't. Still, I personally don't trust digital to always be there. Luckily I have Duck on disc.

Thanks everyone, didnt realize restoring a license was even a thing. Sucks that on PS3, you need to redownload the games. Better than losing them, though.
