So I edited the nationality % of generated players from actual 2019 totals, which is 65% United States. So I bumped up every nation 1% in terms of how many players are generated besides the USA, Dominican Republic (was 17%) and Venezuela (was 8.5%). I took 2% from the latter two and put it into "random country" along with another 1% from America to make them an even 25%. No nation is above 5% except for these three. Keep in mind these nations won't have players of their nationality only on their team (I could do that manually but it'd be a pain in the ass). Plus some of these teams would be very obviously dog shit if I did that. Japan would win the East 99% of the time and the two American divisions would obliterate the two European divisions.

This is just to start the league and I made the draft pool to be 100% random nationality so... I'm wondering if there's dynamic evolving where the talent from certain nations improves. Most of the non-American nations in the league are 1/5 stars. Might improve if they have a good baseball team and more people start playing baseball as a result. No idea! Haven't done this before so we'll find out!

No wildcard teams, only division winners make the playoffs and they've got to win three series of seven games to become champs.
