So only the eldian race of people turn into titans when injected with spinal fluid, right?

And there are some eldian people that are born with one of the 7(idk the number) special titan powers.

The nazi people banished mosy of the eldians to the island where the story takes place.

Reiner and annie and that group want to kill the other members of their race for some reason.

The king of titan island makes everyone lose their memories and also wants them all the die for some reason?

And apparently they've only been on the island for 80 years? They built all that shit in only 80 years?
