You've just finished shopping at whatever store you frequent most and are carrying your bags out of the store when he said it. He looks tall, mean and powerful. Has some old scars and bruises on his face and knuckles from what you assume to be either bouncing, boxing, policing or the military. He has that aura about him.

You don't recongize him and at first you assume he was joking until you realize how gruff he looks and how angry his tone was.

'I guess it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact I'm standing right here this time. Nosireebob. Well mark my words boy. I want you to know that I'm going to be standing right here a lot from now on! So you keep that in mind."

Then he makes that "I'm Watching You" handgesture where he puts his two fingers in his eyes then points at you while glaring

It's a well known hand gesture to point at your eyes then point at someone. It means they are watching them
