Really weak. He denied everything but didn't offer a single witness. It looks like he would have at least got Other Joe to throw in a statement. Or got some party goers to offer up some support. But nope. Just a standard denial and talk to my lawyer. This almost could have been a form letter.

I'm more convinced than ever that's she telling the truth.

Absolutely nothing. Because Joe knows he's guilty and has lawyered up. The woman won't press it any further since Joe's legal team bombed her with cease and desist letters. The truth is there for anyone willing to believe it. We can only hope this will be a warning to other women who choose to interact with Joe on a 1 on 1 basis. And hopefully this incident will shock Joe into better behavior and encourage him to not mix business and personal relationships.

The accused denied these accusations and the moment he mentioned lawyers were involved now suddenly she did the old "I need a break from social media/stressed out etc" move. He deserves to be listened to just as much as she does. It's a fact that a lot of people seem to dismiss or don't even consider but the accused in any situation has the right to be heard just as much as the accuser. Make judgments after it shakes out not on anyone's word alone, accused or accuser.

Even in her own story she confesses to being horrendously awkward and completely oblivious to the cavalcade of social cues that should have, at multiple points, given her at least a tiny inkling that he wasn't just hanging out with her.

She literally confessed to being an awkward girl who intentionally kept secrets and flirted instead of being honest about her own intentions. Anything more salacious than 'a bad date' can be scrutinized heavily because she already showed herself to strongly embellish things. In fact, most of these 'abuses' were designated such after the fact. She said she didn't even 'realize' it was 'creepy' until she looked at it through the lens of it being creepy.

Basically, she's just being dramatic.

That is 100% not true. She said herself that she didn't view stuff earlier in the day as creepy until later that night when Joe threw her up against the wall and told her that her friend was going to rape her.

......which is exactly what I said? She called his earlier behaviors creepy only because she had decided to call him creepy. In the moment she wasn't bothered or offended. And she still wasn't telling him that she had a boyfriend.

She contacted him (at 2AM no less) and the only instance of him touching her in the story she was a claim she has since walked back on. She claimed he threw her into a wall then later said he never assaulted her.

Its more like the Intern (who is drunk) asked you to come with her to a launch party. You went with her, then she claimed you grabbed her ass and stole her phone when you never did.

They're pointing out

She was going to wait outside in the hall until Other Joe insisted she come in to sit down. You're trying to paint this girl as some thirsty ho who was following Joe, but the truth is everything she did was completely professional. She was there to work, Joe was there to fuck and then got mad when she didn't put out.
