Do recognize that this a textbook example of racism. We can't have it both ways, where the black community is accepted by all, but gets to be exclusive in certain cultural trends. People are paying attention to these things and it makes it more difficult to relate. And if you can't relate, you're going to be passed over for more familiar persons which leads to more exclusions.
