It looks like Dodgson is being played by a different actor in this movie though. So I guess it's not a problem as long as it's a different dude playing him.

Dodgson was originally supposed to be a villain in the second movie. (He did get that position in the second SNES game.) But they went a different route. I guess they're going back to the idea of a rival company.

I guess it makes sense -- especially with where the last movie left off.
